In 1962, Roger took up the challenge of recovering iron and metals at the Béziers site. This marked a significant turning point for the company, which expanded its scope beyond traditional materials and embraced the recycling of industrial metals. Roger’s enthusiasm for this workgrew, driven by the intrinsic utility and necessity of recycling, as well as the values of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Throughout his career, Roger Larmande instilled the core values that have become the foundation of our company. These values revolve around respect – respect for our customers, suppliers, employees and even our competitors. By treating everyone with fairness, integrity and dignity, we have developed strong and lasting relationships within the industry.
Over time, the next generation of the Larmande family took over to carry on their father’s legacy. Roger Larmande’s two daughters and son have taken on leadership roles within the company, respecting the values instilled in them while fostering its growth and development. Their vision and commitment have allowed the company to thrive and maintain its position as a trusted leader in the recycling industry.
In January 2023, we joined Riwald Recycling. This partnership brings together a wealth of experience, expertise and resources, allowing us to expand our operations and have an even greater positive environmental impact. Through this union, we are well equipped to meet the evolving challenges of the recycling industry while staying true to our core values.
The site of Thézan les Béziers welcomes individuals, craftspeople, professionals and local authorities,for the recovery of your waste (paper, cardboard, wood, plastic, scrap metals, metals and WEEE).
We have a logistics fleet that allows us to meet all your needs, plus skips, bins, and compactors. The expertise of our teams can support you in optimising the collection and sorting of your waste.
