6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

When your personal data is processed, the GDPR grants you certain rights as a website user:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain confirmation whether data concerning you is being processed, and if so, to access the data and the details listed in Art. 15 GDPR.

  • Right to rectification and erasure (Art. 16 & 17 GDPR): You have the right to request immediate correction of inaccurate personal data and, if necessary, the completion of incomplete data. You may also request deletion of your data if one of the grounds stated in Art. 17 GDPR applies (e.g., the data is no longer necessary for the intended purposes).

  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request processing restrictions if the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR are met — for example, if you have objected to processing while an assessment is carried out.

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or request its transmission to a third party.

  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): If data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. In this case, we will cease processing unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests, or the data is required for legal claims.

  • Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR): You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe the processing of your data violates data protection regulations.
